Let me introduce myself. I am Tony Shade and I have been a resident of the Spotsylvania County area for over 25 years. I have seen many changes in this area and I am quite familiar with all the local communities.
I have a long standing history of working with investors. I have over 20 years experience with this and I specialized in 1031 Exchanges. With this type of background, my interest in real estate grew and that is how I eventually became a real estate agent.
